2. Services Our CRM system is designed to help manage your photography sessions, appointments, and client interactions efficiently. We provide tools for scheduling, communication, and payment processing.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.
  • Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information when using the CRM system.
  • Usage: You agree to use the CRM system only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

4. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Booking: Clients can book photography sessions through our CRM system. Confirmations will be sent via email or SMS.
  • Cancellations: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows: Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings.

5. Payments

  • Fees: Our photography services are subject to fees as outlined in your booking confirmation.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via the CRM system using accepted payment methods.
  • Refunds: Refunds are subject to our discretion and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal Information: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content, including images, text, and software, provided through the CRM system is the property of iClick Telefilms or its licensors.
  • License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CRM system for its intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: The CRM system is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
  • Liability: iClick Telefilms shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the CRM system.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the CRM system constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh, India.
